Terms of Service for EarnCraze

Welcome to EarnCraze (the "Application"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related reward services. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Application. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
• Account Authentication: Registration requires Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
• Single Account Rule: You may only register and maintain one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual or using multiple devices to access a single account will result in immediate termination of all accounts.

2. Virtual Coins Reward System

• Nature of Coins: All rewards earned in the Application are distributed in the form of virtual coins. Virtual coins hold no real-world monetary value, represent no property right, and cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered to any other user or third party.
• Redemption: Coins are redeemable for legal tender or gift vouchers only through our officially designated cashout channels. All redemptions are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Audits and Validation: Payout requests are subject to an internal audit check that takes 24 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to forfeit or adjust your coin balance if we detect fraudulent activity, system errors, or chargebacks from our survey partners.

3. Anti-Fraud and User Conduct Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent behavior. Engaging in any of the following activities will lead to the immediate suspension or permanent ban of your account, along with the forfeiture of all earned coins:

• Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, Tor, or any hosting services to mask your IP address or fake your geographical location.
• Utilizing emulators, automated scripts, bots, autoclickers, macro recorders, or third-party cheating software.
• Completing the same survey or offer multiple times through unauthorized methods.
• Exploiting system bugs, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to manipulate your coin balance.
• Providing false or misleading demographic information during pre-qualification surveys.

4. Service Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or any part of our services, including reward pools, payout minimums, and coin conversion rates, at any time without prior notice or liability. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, all accumulated coins will be forfeited immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, system crashes, data loss, or server downtime.

6. Account Deletion Request

You may request account deletion at any time. When you submit a request, all user profile details, Google authentication logs, and accumulated coin balances are permanently deleted. You can request deletion via the Settings screen inside the Application or by visiting the account deletion form web page at https://earncraze.xyz/delete-account.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
